MARKET OPPORTUNITY
Huckleberry Films, LLC is a start-up enterprise engaged in the development and production of My
Dreams are Premonitions, a groundbreaking Virtual Reality short film. The company plans to produce
this film over the next four to six months with a minimum budget of $150,000.
Huckleberry Films will seek a distributor to license some or all of the rights to the film upon
completion. If My Dreams are Premonitions is not licensed or bought through private screenings, the
company will move the film to the festival circuit, seeking admission into film festivals to sell the rights
of the film to a distributor(s). Festivals like Sundance and Tribeca are taking huge strides to
accommodate the rising demand for independent Virtual Reality films. If the film is still not purchased
at a festival, the company will sell the fllm directly to consumers as an app.
Virtual Reality is the fastest growing market in the entertainment industry and, along with accelerating
technology and consumer demand, it continues to be on the rise each year. There has never been a
higher demand for innovative, high-quality Virtual Reality films. Furthermore, Virtual Realitys sudden
boom in the marketplace has created a demand that far outweighs its supply. While Virtual Reality is
already a groundbreaking medium, My Dreams are Premonitions will not only embrace this medium
to create an experience that is unlike any other out there, it will also set a new standard for how films
will be made in the future.

3.2 Film Synopsis
FARRAH makes the extraordinary discovery that her dreams are premonitions. In other words,
whatever she happens to dream actually manifests itself into reality. JOEY, a mad scientist, uses
both innovative technology and sheer brilliance in brain manipulation to control peoples dreams,
and by controlling Farrahs dreams, Joey can literally play God.
In the Music Room, THREE THUGS attach Farrahs head to the brand new DreamScanner 4000
while a Bohemian woman with a dangerous secret plays lullabies in the corner. In the Control
Room, Joey teaches dream manipulation to his twelve-year old NEPHEW while a mysterious
SILHOUETTE appears to be masterminding the entire ordeal. In the Dream Room, Farrahs
premonitions come to life in symbolic, shifting landscapes that reveal Farrahs struggle to
navigate her own dreams. In order for Farrah to control her dreams, her fate, and the fate of the

three spineless thugs from taking over her dreams.
