Case Study : You are operation head of Axis Bank , Parliament Street Branch , New Delhi and
Mr Chirag Jain Visit to your branch . Mr Chirag wish to invest Rs. 25 lacs in long term
investment and want to transfer more funds from his ICICI Bank .
Mr Chirag is 26 year old unmarried young entrepreneur who has started his on line ecommerce
Retail FMCG products business . His qualifications are BA Hons English and his father was
Government officer . He need funds back after 3-4 years at he time of his marriage . He has
neither made any saving investment so far except Life Insurance Policy . CSO of the branch has
joined the Axis Bank through campus placement and not fully aware of bank`s product as he has
yet to go for training . Though he tried to explain the few products but Mr Chirag`s fried has told
him about mutual funds . CSO has referred the customer to you to further guide him more about
the Mutual Funds.
