With reference to the subject cited, I am to state that the Government in the
reference cited issued a Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.3,50,000/( Rupees Three Lakhs Fifty Thousands Only) Non -Plan from the Budget Estimates
provision 2014-15 towards meeting the expenditure for the months October to
November, 2014 under Grants-in-Aid.
I am furhter to inform that the Government further ordered the Law
Department to take necessary action for issue administative sanction as per
instructions mentioned therein.
I, therefore, request the Government to issue necessary administative
sanction for the above mentioned amount under the Head 2014-00-114-00-09310-312 to meet the expenditure for the purpose for which it was sanctioned.

TELANAGANA STATE LEGAL SERVICES AUTHORITY.
It is respectfully submitted that the Government of Telangana issued orders in
G.O.Rt.No.863, Finance (EBS VI) Dept dt.22-10-2014 (Put up at flag A) releasing
budget for Rs.3,50,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Fifity Thousands Only) to the Member
Secretary, State Legal Services Authority from the budget provision 2014-15 towards
meeting the expenditure for the months October to November, 2014 under Grants-
in-Aid. The Government further ordered the Law Department, to take necessary
action for issue of administative sanction as per instructions in U.O. Note
No.29875-A/1283/A1/BG.I/2006, Finance (BG.I) Department, dt.25-11-2006.
