My name Ihsanul Pikri. You can call me Ihsan or Pikri but my family usually call me
Ihsan. I come from Sampit, one of the the quick developing city in East Kotawaringin, Central
Kalimantan. There are many roundabouts and domes (a kind of Islamic architecture) that make
the city can called a city with a thousand domes. The City Park just renovated to be a beautiful
Park with the Jelawat statue as the icon of East Kotawaringin. There are also a mall,
Supermarket, PPM or Mentaya Shopping Center, and many traditional markets. That is a little bit
about my town.
Now back to the topic, about me. I was born in Sampit on February 5, 1998. Surprised? I
am 17 years old now maybe more younger than some students in this first grade, cause I was
five years old when I got in to the elementary school for the first time. I was the first child in my
family. Actually I had a brother who was born before me. But He could live only for fifteen
hours after born. I dont know much the story about him. So I am the oldest child now. I have a
beautiful sister named Hana Zarifa Putri. She is an eight grade student of MTSN Sampit. I was a
student of MTsN Sampit, too. I studied there because I liked to learn more about Islam my
religion, beside my father and my mother are the teachers there. MTsN Sampit is one of the
Islamic Junior High School in Sampit. In this school I got many interesting experiences. When I
was a child I was a shy child. MTsN gave me many chances to grow my confident. As a teacher
there my mother encouraged me to join many competitions to risen my confident such as English
song competition, English speech contest, wall magazine competition, MTQ and also Science
Olympiad in Biology subject. Sometimes I won sometimes not. The important thing for me I can
get many experiences and knowledge and also more brave and confident. In Senior High School
I joined futsal club, Scout, and Osis. I also joined competitions such as the first grader
competition, and futsal. Now I am one of the student of UMM. I really proud to be one of the
Physiotherapy students. I start to encourage myself talking in front of many people. I learn how
to manage my time and my life and try to do anything by myself even my parents had teach me
how to become independent cause I have washed my clothes since I was in the sixth grade of
elementary school, I also sleep in my own room and begun to learn cook. So, even I am far from
my parents now I will try not to make them worry about me. I will try to do my best to make
them happy and relieve. I will keep in touch with them and give them the news about my
activities. I know they are really worried about me and always do anything to fulfill my needs,
no matter how tough they are looking for the many they always try to do the best to make me
success with my study. Many thanks to my father and my mother.
By the way, I will introduce about my greatest parents. My father and my mother. My
father is a handsome father named Sarbani, SPd. He is a Math teacher in MTsN Sampit my old
Junior High School. He is brave, decisive, authoritative, and discipline. He is the most perfect
man in the world for me. He is my hero and my model. Everything that I have in my behavior
come from him. I like to be like him tough, brave and confident. He guided me to learn Alquran
and read it in the good way. He tried to give the best teacher for me and my sister to learn how
reading Al Quran. He companied and encouraged me when I joined MTQ. He is the best father
I think. My mother is my best friend the most beautiful woman for me, sweetest, calm, care, and
understanding person. She is my everything. My mother's name is Anggraini S.Pd. She is an
English teacher of MTsN Sampit too. I got interest in English because of my Mom. Since I was
little I like learning English more than Mathematic. I love watching English cartoons or movies
or listen and sing an English song. It helps me in learning English easily, beside I often have
English conversation with my Mom. My Mom also teach me how to be a creative person and

push me to learn music a specially guitar because she think I have talent in art and music. My
mother is a creative women. She can make many handicrafts, drawings and paintings. When I
was in elementary school she taught me how to make a birthday present for my friend. We made
a beautiful handicraft and my friend really loved to get it. I am not shame brought the present
like that because it is different from other and very unique and pretty. I proud of it. My father and
my mother always support me, they give me a chance to choose my own passion but still guide
me to reach it. Without both of them, I would not be in this world and I Wouldn't be like this.
Thanks for my parents that has be patient on teach me about everything in life. I always pray
Allah give them, my sister and me healthy, wealthy and long life.
Well, thats all about me. Actually I am a simple and fun person. I also a loyal friend. I am
single and it is Ok. I believe one day I will get a special women, sholeha and care like my Mom
and can be a great mother for my children, Amin.
In Malang I live in Jl. Margobasuki 2 number 43 A. If you want to visit me, my boarding
door always open to you all as long as I was in the boarding. My hobbies are singing, listening
songs, playing guitar, working, chatting, doing photography, adventure, traveling, fishing, eating,
drinking, watching movies, especially Hollywood movies and so on. I have many hobbies
because for me just have fun with our life. But still the important thing of all is my education and
