Description of the action
Final line walk couldnt offer to PDO due to line not resting on supports near Road crossing # 02 &
03.The line construction is already completed
Instrumentation crew not available in Fahud site, so final activities couldnt be completed
Trailer not available in the Fahud site, hookup pipes cannot be shifted to site for box up & hydrotestin
Civil crew went to N-159 rectification , so no crew working F-433 flow line
PDO QS was not available for site visit, couldnt able to get permission to shift the pipes to scrap yar
No work performed due to emergency job in Fahud West pit cleaning
Flow line test pack cannot be submitted due to punch list items open even after 8 months
Civil crew cannot go to the flow line because of an emergency job in Fahud West. Cellar cleaning
Didnt able to shift the foundations required for closing the punch list points

PDO QS was not available for site visit, couldnt able to get permission to shift the pipes to scrap yar
Flow line test pack canot be submitted to PDO due to punhc list items still open after 1 year
