Q1. What are Infinity Corporate plans?
Sir/Maam, Infinity plans are special plans for postpaid Airtel Corporate subscribers with unlimited voice
offers and voice & data offers

Q2. How can customer subscriber to these plans?

COIP customers can subscribe through website , airtel stores , call center ,airtel executive in their company premise.
COCP customers need to contact their company Coordinator
Q3. Is the data also unlimited?
Sir/Maam, No. Once your built in data limit is over, you will be charged at 25p/MB till bill shield of
Rs.500 (appx 2GB data) Post which your data would be stopped. However you can upgrade to next
plan immediately or take a data smartbyte or pre on post recharge (subject to conditions)

Q4. Is there an FUP/ limit on the Voice benefits?

Sir/Maam, the voice benefits are unlimited for all users. However, this plan should not be used for
commercial purpose. For example,
if you make an outgoing call (local/std/isd) to more than 300 unique numbers in a week and
your total incoming call duration is less than 15 minutes in a week, than your benefits will be
capped to 5000 minutes/month and you would be charged for calls. (call charges will be as per
the myplan tariff)

Q5. Are there any ISD benefits?

No Sir/Maam. There are no ISD benefits build in this plan. However, for discounted ISD tariff, you may
opt for out ISD plans. (csr to inform about the ISD plans if customer is interested.

Q6. What will be SMS charges post 100 SMS/day?

Sir/Maam, post free SMS benefits, Standard charges of 20p (LocalA2A), 30p (Local), ,50p(STD) and 5
(International) will be applicable.
Q7. What will I be charged if I change my current my plan to Infinity plan in the mid of the
month (Only postpaid customers)
Scenario: Customer is existing myPlan customer or Conventional plan customer and
wanted to upgrade to Infinity plan
Sir/Madam, Let me explain you with an example

Example If you change from My plan corp 299 to Infinity corp 649 plan, that your charging will
prorate rental for my plan corp 299 and pro rate for infinity corp 649 plan.. Same scenario are
applicable for all up gradation from current my plan to all infinity plans.
Booster: If customer has taken a data booster than he will be charged for full rental for
booster.. The remaining quota of booster can be used along with infinity plan within same bill
cycle.
Freebies: Customer will get pro-rate benefits for non data freebies.
Customer will get full benefit for data freebies

Q8. What will happen to my data benefit if I change my plan in the middle of the month?
Sir/Maam, in case your plan is changed in the mid of the month, you will still receive full data benefit.
Q9. What happens if I have an HBO offer running on my handset?
Sir/Maam,
Postpaid: HBO offer will be withdrawn in case you opt for infinity plan.

Q10. Are the plan rentals inclusive or exclusive of taxes?

Postpaid: Sir/Maam, All Infinity plans are exclusive of taxes i.e. tax will be over and above the rental.
Q11. Can I share my plan with my family numbers? Can I have this plan along with myplan
family?
Sir/Maam, This is not a sharable plan. This plan cannot be clubbed with airtel myPlan family.
Q12.Is there any roaming benefit in the new plans?
Sir/Maam, there are no roaming benefits on the new plans. Roaming is chargeable at standard rates
on the new plans.
Q13.Is the Free roaming benefit applicable for incoming or outgoing calls?
Sir/Maam, free roaming benefit is on both incoming as well as outgoing calls.
Q14. Sms benefits in these plans are for local, STD or ISD SMS?
Sir/Maam, sms benefit is for local and STD sms only.
Q15. Will I get sms benefit for roaming messages?
Sir/Maam, the sms benefits are applicable only for local and STD messages. These are not applicable
for roaming messages.
Q16. If my data is 100% consumed, can I opt for smartbytes?
Customer can opt for data booster/smartbyte/pre on Post(conditions apply)
Q17. What is the call tariff for incoming and outgoing calls?
Sir/Maam, your call tariff will be (csr to explain the tariff as per the myplan tariff specified for
circles).
Q18. I have an existing corporate plan. Can I opt for your infinity corporate plans?
Sir/Maam, Infinity corporate plans are available only for all corporate customers. You may get the plan
changed to infinity corporate plans.
Q19. I am currently not on myplan (customer is on a legacy plan). If I change the plan to
infinity plan, can I switch my plan back to my current plan?
Sir/Maam, once you choose an infinity corp plan, you may change your plan to corporate myplan
anytime, however, as your current plan <mention the legacy plan> is no more available in market, you
will not be able to switch back to this plan
