Subject: Board Exam Review Course Program

Dear Dr. Romeo Santos:

As we may conclude, in order to further strengthen our foundation of
knowledge in the field of Civil Engineering in preparation for the Board
Exam, a review of the past subjects is necessary. And for this reason, the
Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers NwSSU Student Chapter has come
forward with a Board Exam Review Coarse Program aimed at increasing
the passing percentage of board exam takers.
For this reason, we would sincerely request from the Dean of the
College of Engineering and Technology to grant the organization the
permission to conduct the review coarse program and use the CET
FUNCTION ROOM every SUNDAY from 8:00AM-11:30AM, 1:00PM5:00PM. The organization will see to it that the room will be properly used
for the purpose and will be handled with the utmost respect.
