Summary
October was a good month for Manhattan Beach real estate investment as total sales increased 7.9%, the median days to sell
improved 2.3%, the median days to sell dropped by 54.3%, and the sales-listing ratio jumped 14.9%. Net listing during this
period of time declined a marginal 6.2%. Year-over-year months of inventory held constant at 3.0.

median-priced home in the third quarter, unchanged from second-quarter 2016 and up from 29 percent in third-quarter
