Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of member support or member recruitment experience preferred.
Experience working in a rape crisis center preferred.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Proficiency in Osnium client and case management system.
Ability to provide a high touch support to our member organizations in person, on the
phone, and through electronic communication.
Outstanding communication (oral and written) and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Ability to listen to and interpret the needs of our members and to communicate those
needs internally and externally.
Ability to network and work collaboratively with TAASA staff, rape crisis center staff,
professionals, and other organizations.
Team player that can work autonomously.
Demonstrated commitment to sexual assault survivors autonomy and empowerment.
Ability to travel throughout Texas with occasional overnight stays.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Proficiency in desktop publishing and social media.
