TIPS: Measure the crown as shown below (photo
1). The crown will stretch to fit to the specified head
sizes. If you wish to wear the crown over crochet
hat, you need to make the crown 1-2 sizes larger
than your hat to make it fit comfortably.

Red Heart Super Saver Yarn - 100% acrylic;

7 oz / 198 g; 364 yd / 333 m; Weight category: 4
/ Worsted; Qty: small amount
Beads or other jewels (optional)
Sewing needle or Hot glue gun (optional)

Gauge:
8 sc sts X 8 rows = 2 X 2 (5 X 5 cm)

bottom edge of the crown (in beg st of Rnd 1) &
work the edging round:

Rnd 4 (edging): ch 1; sc in ea st around the edge;

join with sl st in top of beg st = 42 sts
Finishing: fasten off & weave in all the ends on WS

wearing, or wet block the crown after finishing.

Finishing Crown:
Sew the beads (jewels) around the crown, or use a

hot glue gun to glue them onto the spikes (optional).
After you finish crocheting, your crown may look

rumpled (photo 3).
