It is unacceptable to administer:
Acts of dishonesty including furnishing false information;
forgery, alteration or misuse of any document, record, or
instrument of identification; or misrepresenting oneself as
another.
Disruptive behavior which is defined as participating in or
inciting others to participate in the disruption or obstruction of
any University activity, including, but not limited to: teaching,
research, events, administration, Community Standards
proceedings, the living/learning environment, or other
University activities, on or off-campus; or of other nonUniversity activities
Harming behavior, which includes, but is not limited to: the
true threat of or actual physical force or abuse or bullying.

Good Leader

Scenario 1
You see your friend at a party that you are
documenting and they ask you to not write their name
down in the report. You know they are under 21 years
old and are in a wet residence hall.

Scenario 2
You have extra money for your end of the year pizza
program and decide to order more pizza than usual,
you are anticipating that there will be extra food and
supplies.

Scenario 3
You are on duty in the first floor lounge with another
RA and they are venting about a situation that
happened with another resident to you.

Scenario 4
You hear loud music coming from a room and no on
answers the door, you figured they forgot their music
on and left the room and you have a master key.

Scenario 5
You receive a text from your suitemate that they are
locked out of their room but your room is open. They
ask you to come unlock their door but you are in class.
You have a master key in top drawer of your desk.

BSU Code of Conduct


Sexual violence, including but not limited to, sexual assault and sexual
exploitation, dating violence, domestic violence, stalk, sexual harassment,
and gender-based harassment are prohibited.
Discrimination and discriminatory harassment are prohibited.
Influence of drugs and/or alcohol on a students judgment or behavior will
not be accepted as a mitigating factor with respect to the resolution of an
act of misconduct.
Students are responsible for the consequences of their actions even when
the conduct may have been influenced by their physical or emotional state.
Students are responsible for the contents of their rooms, cars, lockers, or
person regardless of claims of personal ownership. Students may also be
held responsible for shared common areas. Students need not be present
or notified when an inspection is conducted.
Students are responsible for the conduct of their guests and should be with
guests at all times.
