INTRODUCTION
Communication is one of the important elements in construction. Effective communication
among consultants and key player directly proportional to the effectiveness of the
construction progress. Therefore, managing communication at the site plays significant
role to ensure that projects run smoothly and the problems that arise especially relating to
can be resolved immediately to reduces the possibility of changes, mistakes and omissions
Researchers show that there are less research on this development of the design process in
construction phase and how to manage it in advance to overcome the problem in early
stage of construction. In connection with this problems, the study provided an overview of
architectural design communicatio like close monitoring during the construction phase.
The effectiveness and efficiency of the construction strongly depend on the quality of
management and period of time taken to responds. Quality is a vital concern in
construction criteria in determining whether the project success or not
The paper aimed to investigate the current issue, mechanism of communication transfer
between the construction team members regarding the design. Following a description of
the research method, this paper discusses findings from the following aspects: the nature of
design, managing design communication and times to action regarding the issues involved.
The paper concludes with a brief discussion and finding can be used in future research,
construction team especially architect and community. Construction project involved
several parties that required integrated invovlment of these people to make sure everything
in progress
