The Environmental Management Bureau Regional Office 1 is implementing the
operationalization of Adopt-an_Estero/Waterbody Program pursuant to the Implementing Rules
and Regulations of RA 9275 otherwise known as Philippine Clean Water Act of 2004.
In line with the above, may we once again ask your support in implementing the program by way
of assisting our Office in renewing the expired Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) of various
estero/river adoptors in your city. The following adoptors with expired MOA are to wit:
