A.) There is not enough system capacity that could accommodate the number of student
enrolling.
B.) There had been a system problem that resulted in dropped courses.
4.) Company name: Globe Postpaid
A.) The billing problems that arises from system errors. Their system thinks that the phone's
mobile data is open when it really is not.
B.) Cases in which a message or a call had been redirected to a different phone number due
to a system error.

A.) There had been cases where due to a system error, tracking a certain package is
