Why are humans the only acting beings?

Human beings are dominating the world, we are all over the earth and
considered to be on top of the food chain. Making the other species inferior
from us. Creating a boundary that makes the humans feeling much stronger
and superior from the other species. Humans are different from the other
species, we are capable of doing things that the other species cannot, and
we are responsible on every actions we do. The Actions we do voluntarily or
involuntarily, we are capable of thinking that those actions are logical and
rational which makes human beings are the only acting beings. Humans are
the only specie capable of logical and rational thinking this makes humans
different from the other species.
