and development are becoming

more important as companies are
increasingly relying on the knowledge, skills
and abilities of their human capital to
develop a good performance.
Organizations use training for different
reasons, such as improving product quality,
introducing technology to gain operational
efficiency, reducing errors, etc. Some of the
training costs are: 1) Development costs
(for example, equipment, salaries and
benefits of personnel, etc). 2) Compensation
for participants. 3) Lost productivity during
training. 4) Direct implementation costs (for
example, technology costs, instructors
salary, training materials, etc).
The HRM analyze the effectiveness of
training by identifying operational results of
every employee performance. Also to
evaluate if the training is bringing positive
results they have to work with department
managers to determine the effects of

improved employee performance.

4 Costs of Training for an Organization:

The cost of the personal to be training for the organization,

achieving the formation and development for them, this is important
because if they are not well trained it will generated lost for the
business.

Cost to implement the place and how the training would be, in
order for the training to be the most efficient. This is important
because the environment either offline or online is one of the most
important factors for the success of the training.

Cost of the time to develop the training plan strategy.

Cost of lost productivity the time the training take place. The length
of the training must be the necessary, even if lowering the time could
see beneficially at short term it could be inefficient at long term.

The cost of training will depend on the type

of training the company offers; companies
not only recognize the importance of their
people but also the need to provide the right
skills to enable their people and get benefits
at long term. Today more than ever,
companies need to maximize their human
capital by providing the right skills at the
right time for the right people. Some of the

training costs are:

- The cost of time because there are
companies that take a lot of time to training
employees so it could avoid to make
mistakes when they are working.
- The cost of compensations, for example
the company must pay an extra salary for
training people even if employees dont
start working for the public.
- The cost of the implementation of training
employees, it means that the companies
invest in a good place or environment they
need to training people, technology costs, a
person who teach the steps of the activity,
etc.
- A positive cost of training employees is
that they are going to work better if they
have received actual information so it goes
to impact their skills and will be able to take
better decisions or solve conflict situations,
that person is going to work with more
quality.

someone in another headquaters, even if it is in another country,
this can demand the accomodations for the workers and family. It
demands a time for the worker to get used to this new reality.
2. The technology plays an important role, workers need to be
prepared to managing the new technology in the company, and
the company must not only invest in technology but also in
training for it, so that they can do it and take advantage of it.
3. Loss of productivity, it could be difficult at the begining to train
people who is not use to it. So and the begining the productivy
