NOTICE OF PARISH COUNCIL MEETING


I hereby give notice that a meeting of the above-named Parish Council will be held in the
Memorial Institute Hall next to the Village Hall, Main Road, Dinnington, Newcastle upon Tyne,
NE13 7JW, commencing at 7.00 p.m. on

Wednesday, 16th November, 2016


All members of the Council are summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and
resolving the business to be transacted at the Meeting as set out hereunder.

NORTHUMBRIA IN BLOOM PRIZE MONEY


Ratification of the proposal made at the last meeting to donate this to the
school.

a) To receive the most recent financial accounts and note those payments

c) To approve payment of those invoices presented at the meeting;

EXCLUSION OF THE PRESS AND PUBLIC In accordance with section


100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the Parish Council will be asked
to RESOLVE that the public be excluded from the meeting during
consideration of the following item of business on the grounds that it involves
the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Schedule 12A of the
Act (as amended).
