Firstly, discuss one aspect that YOU feel you did very well. Try to analyze why you
think it worked well and what hints you would share with other teachers about the
successful strategy/ resource/activity/management style etc.
I feel that I had good time management, because I planned out what to do whilst focusing on
how much time to spend on each activity. I would ask them to always have an extra task as
backup for if the students finished early, and if there were no tasks she could always play
them a song or video.

Secondly, elaborate on the aspect identified by YOU that requires attention. Discuss
what the problem was, why it occurred and what action you intend to take to be more
successful in the next lesson.
I was very out of energy during the lesson, so the lesson was very monotonic. It happened
because, it was the last lesson and the students and I had just come back from an exhausting trip
filled with running and exercises. I intend to be more enthusiastic in the next lesson to keep the
students interested.
