To pull reports from EdPlan, you must first open Chrome and navigate to the Houston ISD EdPlan website. From there, select the Performance Tab and then Reports. Choose Houston ISD from the pop up box and then select Teacher Level Reports by Class. Next, select the Summary Objective Mastery, Item Answer Distribution Analysis, and Objective Performance Grouping reports. Set the report format to PDF export, select the year, campus, all classes, district test level, English language, and specific snapshot assessment. Finally, click "Run Report" to generate the selected reports in a new tab with each report following consecutively and check the class period headings.

1. Open your Chrome browser (EdPlan works better in Chrome)
2. Type in www.houstonisd.org/edplan in your search bar (If you are on campus, this should automatically log you in. If you are home, you will have to type in your network username and password.) 3. Click on the Performance Tab 4. Click on Reports 5. Click on Houston ISD from the box that pops up 6. Click on Assessment Reports 7. Click on Teacher Level Reports by Class 8. Select the following reports (they should turn blue when selected)
1. Summary- Objective Mastery Summary by Class by Category
2. Item Answer Distribution Analysis by Class by Category 3. Objective Performance Grouping by Class by Category (All of these reports can be run at one time.) 9. Select Report Format> PDF Export 10. Year > 2016-2017 11. Campus> Key Middle School 12. Class> Select All 13. Test Level> District 14. Test Language> English 15. Test> Select the name of your Snapshot Assessment 16. Go back up and click on Run Report near the top, right corner of the page. 17. The reports you selected will run in a separate tab. The reports will be presented one after the other. Be sure to check your class period headings to ensure you are looking at the correct class.
