Goal: By November 2015, we will increase


the percentage of students at each grade
level who scored in the proficient range on
the Math Total of the Iowa Assessments.

Goal: During the 2014-2015 school year,


each grade level will increase the number
of students at or above proficiency at least
10% from fall to spring or reach 90%,
using DIBELS Next composite score

Goal: Weber Elementary will continue to


reduce the number of Office Referrals by
10% by the end of the 2014-2015 school
year.

Summary: Weber Elementary has


implemented the use of screeners to
identify students in need of intervention.
Grade levels have also been continuing to
enhance fact accuracy and automaticity.

Summary: Our goal was met for grades


Kindergarten (15%), 1st (26%), 4th (17%),
and 6th (reached 90%).

Summary: Weber Elementary has


exceeded our goal by reducing the
number of Office Referrals by more than
10%. In the 2014-2015 school year,
Office Referrals dropped from 207 to 173,
a decrease of 16%.
