    This survey is based on getting to know what your knowledge is regarding Social
    and Emotional Development and School Readiness.
    Please answer the questions to the best of your knowledge. At any point you
    dont feel comfortable answering a question or may not know the answer to a
    question, you do not have to answer.
    All information gathered from this survey will be used to gear the information I will
    be providing to you regarding Social and Emotional Development and School
    Readiness.
    Please return by Friday October 7th.
