Vote against 62 and vote for 66 because it's the step in the right direction
Votes for it because for the sake of victims and crime
Death penalty hasnt worked like it supposed
Will the new system work and its going to cost a lot of money
Same vote as mike because they believe it's the better choice and it will be
more effective to others
They its not true that life in prison without the possibility without parole
Buddies came down to San Diego and they crashed a party and killed
somebody
Went to trial with the parents of the murders victim
Convicted and sentenced to prison
Dad went to speak to schwarzen
Signed clemency and he got out of prison
John gardner accused of raping 13 year old and because of plea bargaining
and got a shorter sentence then committed 2 more murders
Prosecutors told them not to mention their opinion on death penalty
because wanted to use that
they didn't know if they wanted to support it
But they do believe it is inhuman to kill someone for murdering someone
else
They could never oppose the death penalty on anyone
Against violence
The way the death penalty works now is you dont get the death penalty
you die in prison of old age
Offenders recognize what they did
Allowed to get a college degree and to do good work in prison
You do something stupid when you're 18 or 19 or 20 but come to your
senses when you get older and wants them to make a different life even
within the life inside of a prison
