Recall it as often as you wish, a happy memory never wears out. - Libbie Fudim
Time endears but cannot fade the memories that friends have made.
But every memory of friendship shared, even for a short time, is a treasure, lik
e sunshine and warmth in our lives, like a cool breeze on a humid day, like a sh
ower of rain refreshing the earth.
Memories are the treasures that we keep locked deep within the storehouse of our
souls, to keep our hearts warm when we are lonely. - Becky Aligada
Life gives us brief moments with another...but sometimes in those brief moment w
e get memories that last a life time...
We do not remember days; we remember moments. - Cesare Pavese
To reminisce with my old friends, a chance to share some memories, and play our
songs again. - Ricky Nelson
When we recall the past, we usually find that it is the simplest things - not th
e great occasions - that in retrospect give off the greatest glow of happiness.
- Bob Hope
Always remember to slow down in life; live, breathe, and learn; take a look arou
nd you whenever you have time and never forget everything and every person that
has the least place within your heart.
A smile happens in a flash, but its memory can last a lifetime.
A place in thy memory, dearest, Is all that I claim; To pause and look back when
thou hearest The sound of my name. - Gerald Griffin

Back on its golden hinges

The gate of Memory swings,
And my heart goes into the garden
And walks with the olden things.
- Ella Wheeler Wilcox
A happy memory is a hiding place for "unforgotten treasures. - Paul L. Powers
Don't count the years...count the memories.
Recall it as often as you wish, a happy memory never wears out. - Libbie Fudim
Fond memory brings the light of other days around me. - Thomas More
How unspeakably the lengthening of memories in common endears our old friends! George Eliot
Memories are the threads that hold together the patchwork of friendship.
When you remember me, it means that you have carried something of who I am with
you, that I have left some mark of who I am on who you are. It means that you ca
n summon me back to your mind even though countless years and miles may stand be
tween us. It means that if we meet again, you will know me. - Frederick Buechner
Someday many years from now
We'll sit beside the candles glow
Exchanging tales about our past
And laughing as the memories flow
And when that distant day arrives
I know it will be understood
That friendship is the key to live
And we were friends and it was good.
- Eileen Hehl
