Firstly, discuss one aspect that YOU feel you did very well. Try to analyze
why you think it worked well and what hints you would share with other
teachers about the successful strategy/ resource/activity/management style
etc.

Manage planned activities effectively, because I did 3 activities for the 3 levels, so I was
managing 3 activities in one time. Because I did model and explained the activities in the
circle, they were all working and doing what they should do. I was checking all the groups
and help the students who seem that they need help.

I would recommend the teachers to model the activity not just explain the steps. It will
make it easier and clearer for them for what they will do.

Secondly, elaborate on the aspect identified by YOU that requires

attention. Discuss what the problem was, why it occurred and what action
you intend to take to be more successful in the next lesson.

The one aspect that needs attention is classroom managing, because during the circle

time, some students were talking and distracting the other students, so I was trying to
control them and teach at the same time.

Next time, I will praise a students who is siting quietly and nicely to engorge the other
students to stop misbehaving.

Personal focus for next lesson:

More focus on the students who are not engaged with me and try to involve them with me.
