(This is why Andrew Carnegie and John D. Rockefeller were able to start
their own businesses)
5. Consumer a person who buys or uses goods and services
(You are a consumer every time you buy your favorite video game or
buy a new sweater)
6. Human resources people who work to produce goods and services
7. Capital resources the tools and machines that companies use to
produce goods and services
8. Ellis Island an immigration station in New York Harbor
9. Angel Island an immigration station in San Francisco Bay in
California
(This is where many Chinese immigrants were held until they could prove
they had family already in the U.S.)
10. Prejudice unfair negative opinion about a group of people
