ORDER
This Court, having received and considered the Petitions
for Writ of Mandamus filed by the Alabama High School Athletic
Association on November 10, 2016, the responses thereto, and
all of the attachments provided by the parties,
IT IS HEREBY DECLARED that the Orders of the Washington
Circuit Court and the Geneva Circuit Court are null and void.
The decision of the Alabama High School Athletic Association
shall stand.
A formal opinion of this Court will follow at a later
date.
Stuart and Wise, JJ., concur.
