the Eastman School d Music. A naive of East Patorson (Elmwood Park), New Jerse, she has served
‘28a band and orchestra director in the schools of oth Glen Fock and East Brunswick, New Jersey, as
‘roll as Supervisor of Musle ofthe Ridgewood, NJ, pubic schools Dr, Dackow has sorved onthe faculty
{of Slippery Rock Univiraty and has Been a visting lacuty member during the summer sessions of he
Eastman School of ste, Temple Unversity, Montclac Stato Colege, Wichita Stata Universty and the
Unwvorsty of Alaska, Fairbanks. A threeiine ASCAP award-winning arranger, she has generated
‘numerous works for young orchestras and ls acine asa guest conductor and cncian across the nation,
in Canada and in Australia. Dr. Dackow curently serves as music director of the Ridgewood Symphony
‘Greneatrain Now Jersey, the Horahey Symphony Orchestra in Pennsyvania and of the Brandeis Unwversty
Crenesva & Wind Ensembl in WaRham, Massachusetts.
