Downgrade Configuration
Sheet TRX in Network Plan file => delete required TRX (usally TCH TRX)

2. Change SDCCH configuration

Check SDCCH manually, can change in the sheet Channel

3. Change BCCH
Change CAARFCNLIST value of BCCH TRX (TRX ID 1) for required cells in the
sheet TRX

4. Change BSIC
Change NCC + BSC columns in the sheet CellGeneral

5. Change hopping frequency chanel

+ Change HSN, MAFREQNUM, MAARFCNLIST in the sheet FrequencyHopping
MAFREQNUM is number of frequency in MA list

+ Change MAIO of TRX ID 2,3in the sheet Channel (MAIO of BCCH TRX-TRX
ID1 is always 0)

6. Change 2G External cell

Use the below MML command to find out external cell ID
SHW ECELL:SUBNETID=47,CONFSETID=2,BSCID=47;

Changed BCCH/BSIC of external cell by the following command

SET NETYPE:NETYPE="gsm";
SET ECELL:SUBNETID=47,CONFSETID=2,BSCID=47,GERANECELLID=1,BCCHARFCN=96,NCC=4,BCC=0;
SET ECELL:SUBNETID=47,CONFSETID=2,BSCID=47,GERANECELLID=10,BCCHARFCN=85,NCC=6,BCC=6;
