WAIVER OF APPEARANCE

I, VICTORIO V. SOLIVEN, the undersigned accused, hereby expressly

waive my right to be present at the trial in Criminal Case Nos. 139742-47
pending before Branch 160 of the Regional Trial Court of Pasig City (San Juan
City Station).
HOWEVER, I hereby agree and bind myself to the following terms and
conditions:
a) That I shall appear before the court whenever so required by the
aforementioned court or the rules of court;
b) That I shall at all times hold myself amenable with the orders and
processes of the aforementioned court;
c) That in case I jump bail or fail to appear at the trial despite due
notice, my absence shall be deemed an EXPRESS WAIVER of my
right to be present and in which case, trial may proceed in my
absence without prejudice to the issuance of a warrant of arrest;
d) That it is understood and I agree that any reference to the person of
the accused mentioned in its information/complaint shall mean to
be referring to my person and that I am the same person being
named in the information/complaint;
e) That despite this express waiver of my right to be present, I shall
submit myself for execution of the final judgment.
