    Climate Research Unit (CRU) of HSPTD is to measure the water flow of irrigations canals in
    Pavatkulam, Vavuniya and Mahadivulwewa, Trincomalee to prepare crop models as a part of
    the ADAPT-SL research. Therefore we kindly request you to provide water flow meter which
    is belongs to your division to carry out this task.
