Ingredients

2 lbs Spaghetti pasta

3 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce

cup tomato paste

1 lb. minced ham

1 lbs ground pork

6 to 8 pieces red hotdogs, sliced diagonally

cup granulated white sugar

1 medium yellow onion, minced

2 teaspoons minced garlic

2 cups beef broth

1 cup shredded Velveeta cheese

2 tablespoons cooking oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
1.

Cook the spaghetti pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat the oil in a cooking pot.

Saute the garlic and onion.

4.

Add the ham. Cook for 3 minutes.

5.

Put-in the ground pork. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes.

Pour-in the tomato sauce and beef broth. Stir and let boil. Simmer for 60 minutes.

Add the hotdogs and tomato paste. Stir and cook for 10 minutes or until the sauce thickens.

Put-in the sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir until the ingredients are well incorporated.

Arrange the spaghetti pasta in an individual plate. Pour the meat sauce over the pasta and top
with cheese.
Serve. Share and enjoy!

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

2 cups dry red wine

2 cups tomato sauce

4 large tomatoes, peeled and chopped

2 (6 ounce) cans tomato paste

1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons white sugar

1 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 teaspoons cayenne pepper

1 teaspoon celery salt

1 tablespoon dried oregano

1 tablespoon dried basil

1 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced

1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Saute garlic until golden brown. Stir in
ground beef, onions and green pepper. Cook until beef is evenly brown, and onions are
tender. Stir in flour until smooth. Stir in red wine, tomato sauce, chopped tomatoes,
tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce and sugar. Season with salt, cayenne pepper, celery
salt, oregano and basil. Simmer for 3 hours. Stir in mushrooms at the end of cooking
period.

1 medium Melon, shredded


3 cups cold water
1 cup cooked sago
1 cup red or orange gulaman, diced
1 cup full cream evaporated or fresh milk
2 cups powdered milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract

6 tbsp. sugar, to taste

First, we need to wash the melon, cut in half and take off all the seeds. In a large mixing bowl,
pour the cold water and add shredded melon.
Add cooked sago, diced Gulaman, evaporated and powdered milk and stir vigorously to
dissolve the powdered milk completely.
Add a teaspoon of vanilla extract and 5 tablespoons of sugar, adjust the sweetness according
to taste.
Divide milky melon drink evenly in 6 individual glasses, add a couple ice in each glass and
serve with straw.
Serve this drink immediately, remember melon cantaloupe tends to taste bitter after an hour
or so.

Chicken Caldereta

1 kg Chicken
1/3 cup pineapple juice
salt to taste
1/2 Tbsp minced garlic
1 medium onion cubed
Canola oil for frying
500 gm Tomato Sauce
1 85gm can of Liver Spread
1 pcs medium sized Red Bell Pepper (seeded and sliced)
1 pcs medium sized Green Bell Pepper (seeded and sliced)

1 can of Green Peas (you can also use fresh or frozen 1/2 cup)
250 gm Potatoes (peeled and quartered)
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste

In a bowl add the following ingredients pineapple juice, salt, and peppercorns, then mix thoroughly.

Add the chicken pieces to the mixture and mix well. Marinate chicken for at least 2 hours.

In a big pot, heat oil for frying. Fry the potatoes till cooked.

Tranfer oil into a wok and saute garlic and onion, continue until onion is turns translucent.

Add the chicken and continue sauteing until the chicken is cooked

Now, add the marinade.

Stir in the Tomato Sauce and bell pepper. Bring to boil then turn down the heat.

Then add the Liver Spread and mix well to combine.

Add potatoes. Simmer until potatoes are cooked.

Add grated cheese, mix well until cheese has melted.

Season with salt & pepper, to taste

Serve with rice.

1/2cup diced yellow onion

4garlic cloves, diced

2tablespoons fat (butter, oil, or rendered fat)

1whole chicken

1/2cup green olives, chopped

15ounces tomato sauce

1/4cup tamari or soy sauce

1/2cup apple cider vinegar (white vinegar works well also)

2tablespoons fish sauce

1/4cup water

1teaspoon oregano, ground

To begin, place a large, heavy pot over medium-high heat.


Enameled cast iron works best.

While the pot is heating, take your chicken and remove the back
bone. Then separate the chicken into two thighs, two drumsticks and
four breast pieces (halve each breast). Put your choice of fat into the
pan and brown the chicken in two installments.

After the chicken is browned, lower heat to medium and add in


the onion and garlic. Saut for 2 minutes and then add in the fish
sauce, vinegar, tamari, tomato sauce, oregano, water, and olives.
Stir well and add the chicken and its juices back into the pot.

4.

Bring to a light boil, cover, and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 45
minutes and then remove the lid. Raise heat to maintain a simmer
and cook for an additional 45 minutes.

1 Kg. Chicken, breast or thigh
1/2 cup soy sauce
to taste salt
to taste pepper
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup white cane vinegar
2 pcs. onions
2 pcs. red bell pepper
1 pc. carrot

2 pcs. potatoes
1 small can tomato sauce
1 small can tomato paste
1 Tbsp. rock salt
1 Tbsp ground black pepper, ground
1 cup grated cheese

How to Cook
1. Marinate chicken in soy sauce (use only 1/4 cup), salt, pepper and vinegar for 3
hours.
2. Saut garlic, onions and bell pepper in a little oil.
3. Add the marinated chicken pieces
4. Add cubed carrots, potatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste and the remaining 1/4
cup soy sauce.
5. Add enough water to cover meat and simmer for about 30 to 40 minutes or
until chicken is tender.

6. Add salt and pepper


7. When chicken is tender, add grated cheese
8. Serve Caldereta with steamed white rice. Enjoy!
