1. To ensure that all maintenance matters related to HSM daily operations
adheres to the guide lines and standarad set by RHSM. 2. To ensure that all HSMs’ Francaisees keeps and maintain an up-to-date PMP records. 3. Responsible in monitoring and refine preventive maintenance program of all HSM, follow-up on their application and reports to the General Manager Hotel Operations on any problems encountered in implementing the said procedures 4. Responsible for supervising/managing/overseeing the maintenance of property and facilities at RHSM’s office and HSMs 5. To continuously assess and maintain the properties on items related to carpentry, electrical and general maintenance at RHSM office

carpentry, etc. 2. To keep abreast and familiar with chillers, cooling towers, chemical treatments, pneumatics, control systems, water systems, boilers, refrigerators, compressors, etc. 3. Monitor vendors to assure quality, delivery, warranties, exchanges, upgrades, etc. are consistently utilized 4. Establish relationship with vendors to assure they provide continual input on new products, systems, etc. 5. Current on all safety and sanitation policies and procedures that impact the property 7.
