Jawatan : EKSEKUTIF MAINTENANCE

Bahagian : Hotel Operations

Melaporkan kepada : General Manager Hotel Operations

Ringkasan tugas :

1. To ensure that all maintenance matters related to HSM daily operations


adheres to the guide lines and standarad set by RHSM.
2. To ensure that all HSMs’ Francaisees keeps and maintain an up-to-date
PMP records.
3. Responsible in monitoring and refine preventive maintenance
program of all HSM, follow-up on their application and reports to the
General Manager Hotel Operations on any problems encountered in
implementing the said procedures
4. Responsible for supervising/managing/overseeing the maintenance of
property and facilities at RHSM’s office and HSMs
5. To continuously assess and maintain the properties on items
related to carpentry, electrical and general maintenance at RHSM office

Tanggungjawab lain :

1. To maintain strong technical skills in electrical, mechanical, plumbing,


carpentry, etc.
2. To keep abreast and familiar with chillers, cooling towers, chemical
treatments, pneumatics, control systems, water systems, boilers,
refrigerators, compressors, etc.
3. Monitor vendors to assure quality, delivery, warranties, exchanges,
upgrades, etc. are consistently utilized
4. Establish relationship with vendors to assure they provide continual input
on new products, systems, etc.
5. Current on all safety and sanitation policies and procedures that impact
the property
7. Prepare budgets, evaluations, reports, and analysis of all department
needs
8. Consult with and provide technical guidance to management
9. Stay informed on new technologies and how to integrate them into
company to enhance profits as well as operating efficiency
10. Ensure standards for quality and quantity of work are met, on time, and
within budget
11. Plan and develop policies and procedures for RHSM
12. To manage telecommunication network
13. To assist the management of RHSM to prepare yield management skills
and able to instill those in others
14. Demonstrate ability to lead by example
15. Participative management style
16. Sell concepts and ideas to management, peers, and employees
17. Experience training and developing employees with limited
education/experience
18. Follow/enforce company policies and procedures
19. Assume responsibility/accountability
20. Create courteous, friendly, professional work environment
21. Work with limited support
22. Ability to quickly evaluate alternatives and decide on a plan of action
23. To submit and provide ideas and assist on implementation of new ideas
for the improvement of RHSM and HSMs’ operation, empowered by
RHSM.
24. To be fully responsible towards actions taken and carried out by your
subordinates, their output, performance and career enhancement.
25. To find avenues and practice good management to increase output while
reducing operational cost and to seek means of creating revenue for
RHSM.
26. Any information in whatever form, that belongs to RHSM or HSM,
produced to or received by you is to be considered as confidential and
shall not be disclosed by you to any party without RHSM or HSM’s written
consent, respectively.
