In response to the hiring for NURSE DEPLOYMENT PROJECT 2016, I would like to reapply for the same position. I am currently working as NDP assigned in Rural Health
Unit of Lapuyan, Zamboanga del Sur.
I am ELVIE G. FERNANDEZ, 23 years of age and a resident of Poblacion Lapuyan,
Zamboanga del Sur.
I graduated my Bachelor of Science in Nursing last October 2012 at Southwestern
University, Cebu City and passed the Nursing Licensure Examination last June 2013
in University of Cebu.
I am flexible and can adapt easily to change of environment and work schedule.
Throughout my career as a student and intern, I have gained enough knowledge
and skills in assessing the patients state of health, implementing nursing actions
and evaluating patients response and coordinating services of all health care team
members.
