Mr. Beach,
I am writing to wholeheartedly endorse Tiffany Wieland for the internship you have
available. I believe he would be outstanding in any capacity you needed her in.
I first met Tiffany when I arrived at my store in the summer of 2009. At that time she
was a key holder for me, but it didnt take long for me to realize that she was bound to
take on a bigger role and I promoted her to Assistant Store Manager soon after.
Tiffany is very flexible and eager to take on new challenges. For example, during a
stretch in October of 2014, Tiffany took on all of the responsibilities of Store Manager
while I was working in another store and on vacation. Tiffany was able to pick up all of
my duties in the store within a weeks notice and was so successful; I continued to
delegate many of my jobs to her up to the day she left.
I'm convinced Tiffany would be as great an asset to your company as she has been to
