Our target audience are unisex and are between the ages 15-30.
Our film is also aimed at no specific ethnicity. We chose to start from
the age 15 as some of the content in our film is only suitable for
those over the age of 15. The film is also targeted at those from a
working/middle class background as they are more likely to find an
interest in the storyline. It isnt targeted at those from a higher class
background as they are more likely to have less free time on their
hands to watch our film, due to work, however it is still somewhat
suitable for those from a higher class to watch. Our film is targeted
at no specific ethnicity. This is due to the fact that the characters in
our films are of no specific ethnicity and that our film would reach a
larger audience this way. Also, the film wouldnt appeal to one
ethnicity more than another ethnicity.
The film is not targeted to those who dont enjoy or are against the
thriller genre as this is what our film is. It is also targeted at those in
the socio-economic group C1, C2, D and E. This is because the
people who are in these categories are more likely to find an interest
in and more specifically have free time to watch our film. As our
target audience are most likely to work or be busy during the day,
the prime showing time will be in the evening. This is also suitable
because it is of the thriller genre.
