MIDDLE CONSERVANCY District has begun an investigation into the proposed agreement between the Interstate Stream Commission and Intel Corporation. The Board unanimously approved a motion requesting that the ISC delay consideration of the agreement, rather than approve it at its next regularly-scheduled meeting on June 16, 2010. For the first time, the ISC is proposing to establish a precedent for it to assert ownership and control of excess Rio Grande water.
