BOOTH TECHNICAL INFORMATION AND INCLUSIONS


All booths include power, Internet connectivity (hard line and wireless), a TV monitor and lead capture
TV Monitors
Sponsors are responsible for supplying their own demo device (laptop, iPad or handheld)

to run content on the monitor


Monitor cables will be HDMI please ensure your device has HDMI connection capability
or you have the required connector or dongle
Resolution of monitors will be 1920 x 1080
Please produce media in a 16 x 9 format
No sound will be available on the monitors in the exhibit hall

Wi-Fi will be provided throughout the exhibit halls
Each sponsor booth includes an Ethernet hard line

Power
Level 1 Booths: power will be routed to either the conference table or iPad stands, based on
your furniture selection

Level 2 Booths: power will be routed to the conference table


Premium: power locations determined based on confirmed booth layout
Lead capture will be provided for each sponsor booth. Additional details and instructions
will be shared closer to the event
Please bring your demo device (laptop, iPad or handheld) pre-loaded with your content to showcase on the
monitor provided in your booth, and a dongle (monitor cable) that youve tested in advance to ensure your
device works with an HDMI connection. You may bring additional handheld devices to demo to attendees
if you choose. If you will not be providing digital content for your monitors, please let us know in advance so
we can have content available.

SHIPPING
Sponsors have three options for shipping collateral to QuickBooks Connect: Hand Carry, Advance
Warehouse Shipping or Show Site Shipping.
Additional services are available for multiple shipments or large boxes. Please contact
sponsorsupport@qbcon2016.com for more information.
Hand Carry
If you are only bringing a small amount of collateral, please feel free to bring it with you or have it
shipped directly to your hotel. Due to union rules, you are allowed to hand carry your items into the
exhibit hall without the use of a dolly or hand cart.
If you are bringing multiple boxes and cannot hand carry them in, please visit the sponsor help desk
located on the concourse level of the convention center. A representative will arrange for labor to help
deliver items to your booth.
Sponsor onsite help desk hours are Sunday, October 23, 1:00 5:00 pm and Monday, October 24,
8:00 10:00 am.
Advance Warehouse Shipping
Advanced shipments can be received from September 12 until October 17. Please use the address
below for your label, and make sure you include your company name. Shipments will be delivered
directly to your booth before you arrive.

Direct shipments must arrive by your shipper no earlier than Sunday, October 23 between 9:00
5:00 pm and Monday, October 24 between 8:00 10:00 am. Please use the address below for
your label, and make sure you include your booth name and number. All deliveries received on
Sunday and Monday at the address below will be delivered directly to your booth.

REGISTERING BOOTH STAFF


Log in to the Sponsor Profile Login with your sponsor credentials to enter the names of each
of your booth staff who will receive your complimentary conference passes. An individual
confirmation will be emailed to each attendee so they can enter their personal information and
select which events and breakouts they wish to attend (if applicable).

TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATIONS


All information on getting to QuickBooks Connect and where to stay is available on the Travel Page
on the conference website.

STORAGE AND SECURITY


Storage spaces in Level 1 and Level 2 booths will include a cabinet with lockable doors.
There is no space behind booth walls for storage. If you choose to bring more items than
you are able to fit in your small storage space, you will be required to store the overflow in
your hotel room or another location our goal is to create the best possible experience
for all attendees and keep the conference clean and visually pleasing.

QuickBooks Connect 2016: Sponsor Pre-Event Information

Although there will be event security overnight, we recommend you take your
laptops, devices and personal items with you when the exhibit hall closes.

HOUSEKEEPING NOTES
No additional signage, pop-up banners, table covers or displays are permitted in the booth. Only 8.5 x 11
table signs, fishbowls for business cards and other small table elements are permitted. Please reach out to
your sponsor advisor at sponsorsupport@qbcon2016.com with any specific questions.

MOBILE APP
The app provides a mobile experience for QuickBooks Connect, focused on allowing attendees to connect
with one another and access all relevant event information.
All exhibitors will be included in the sponsor section of the mobile app. Sponsor listings will include your
logo, company description and website URL that was provided for the QBC website.

SPONSOR MEDIA INTERACTION


Each sponsor that wishes to engage with media must provide a brief summary of their product, any news
that they wish to share and contact info for whoever plans to be at QuickBooks Connect by Wednesday,
October 12. If information is not shared by this date, it is not Intuit or Access responsibility to coordinate
media with the sponsor. Please send information to Jen Garcia at jgarcia@AccessPR.com.

Access will compile all of this information into one document to share with media

The list of media attendees without their contact info will be shared before the start of QBC on Thursday,
October 20. Sponsors can reach out at this time, but Intuit/Access will not provide contact information.
We ask that sponsors do not reach out to media prior to October 20.
