Prayers of the Faithful

PREIST:

We come before the Lord remembering our teachers.

May the Blessed Mother pray for them as we pray:
LORD BLESS THE WORKS OF OUR HANDS

1. For all our teachers who have served us in this

institution until their retirement agethat they may enjoy
happy years serving the institution with faith and love. We
pray.
2. For all the teachers who continue to serve usthat they
may have the strength and courage to educate the students
with knowledge and virtue. We pray.
3. For all the teachers who are going through challenges in
lifethat they may find the consolation in Christ to teach and
guide them with their decisions they may have in life. We
pray.
4. For all the teachers who have gone ahead of us that the good
Lord may open for them gate of heaven welcoming them into
the house of God. We pray.
Loving Father in your love, you taught us to be good. Help all our teachers as they
continue to form us in your love now and always. Amen
Final Blessing
Lord God, your Spirit of wisdom fills the earth and teaches us your ways. Look
upon these teachers, let them strive to share their knowledge with gentle patience;
and endeavour always to bring the truth to eager minds.
Grant that alike they may follow Jesus Christ, the way, the truth and the life,
forever and ever.
