HISTORY OF PRESENT ILLNESS

Patient was playing basketball when he suddenly bumped with his team mate. After which patient
experienced chest pain with occasional difficulty of breathing which promted consult at Ilagan RHU.
Patient was only given Mefanamic Acid and Vitamin B.
July___ patient had worsening of chest pain and on and off fever
