I N S T R U C T I ON S

1. The Superintendent is allowed to appoint an Assistant Superintendent / Cum Clerk below the Rank of SST and
that too must from the teaching staff.
2. In case the Deputy Superintendent of an examination centre does not report for duty, the concerned Centre
Superintendent may appoint one senior most Invigilator as Deputy Superintendent amongst the Invigilators
appointed by the Board for one day. The Conduct Branch should be informed at once on Telephone No. 0483250056
3. Before opening the sealed envelops pertaining to question papers, please check it very carefully lest you should
open the wrong envelops.
4. You have no authority to allow a candidate to appear in the group other than allotted him / her.
