    hehasbeeninfourshowsIvedirected,andnowheisPresidentofourDramaClub,aswellasastudentin
    myTheaterArtsclass.Julianisagoodstudent,andIfeelIknowhimprettywell.
    Juliansstrengthsinclude,butarenotlimitedtoacademics.Heworkshardtocompleteassignments,and
    itsobviousthatheputsalotofthoughtintohisfinishedproduct(s).Heenjoysworkinginsmallgroups,
    butalsoworkswellindependently.Iappreciatethathestepsuptoleadwhenitisneeded.Hismildand
    helpfulmannermakeshimeasytorelateto,andhispeersrespecthim,asdoI.Julianisakindandcaring
    person.Hewillreachouttothosewhoneedhelp,withoutbeingasked.Hemakesfriendseasily,because
    peoplefeelcomfortablearoundhim.Iappreciatehisintellect.
    Julianisaverytalentedactorandsinger.Ihadthepleasureofdirectinghiminfourofourschools
    musicals.JulianwasamazingintheroleofBakerin,IntotheWoods.Hebroughtaneededmaturitytothe
    roleIveneverseenfromsomeonehisage.Iwasespeciallyproudofhim.Weareexcitedtoseewhathe
    does,thisyear,intheleadroleofSeymour,inourproductionofLittleShopofHorrors.Recently,he
    joinedmytheaterclass,andbecausehehastheexperience,Ilethimteachtheclassaboutvariousacting
    techniques,and/ortopics.Hesareallygreatteacher.
    TheschoolsDramaClubproducesthemusicalsandplays,andJulianisthePresidentoftheorganization.
    TheshowssuccessreliesonDramaClubfundraisingtobuildsets,providecostumes,props,aswellas
    variousjobsbackstagepositions.ManagingDramaClubrequiresputtingtogetheraweeklyagenda,
    workingwithotherexecutivestaff,managingtreasury,andmarketingtasks,aswellasinteractingwithme,
    inmyroleasthedirector.IappreciatethatJulianknowstheprocessoflaunchingafullscalemusical.
    Hesorganized,thoughtful,andthorough.TheskillshewilltakeawayfromthispositionasDramaClub
    President,willservehiminmanyotherareasofhislife.

    IcannotwriteenoughwonderfulthingsaboutJulian.Nomatterwhathedecidestodo,hewillbegreat!I
    wishhimthebestthatcollege,andlifehavetooffer.Pleasedonothesitatetocallmeformoreinformation
