IELTS Speaking

Part 1 No. 2
In part 1 of the test, you will first be asked where you are from. You will have
to show your identification and give your name. Then you will be asked about
your work or studies, followed by 2 other completely different topics.
Instructions
Work with another student. One of you asks the questions, the other answers.
Try to answer in full sentences, and look and sound interested! This part of
the test should take about 4 minutes.
Lets talk about what you do. Do you work or are you a student?
What do you most like about your course?
Do you have to do homework?

Lets move on to talk about food in your home. Who does the cooking in
your home?
Is there any kind of food you prefer to eat in a restaurant?
What do people eat on special occasions in your home?
Now, lets talk about transport. Do you often use public transport?
What forms of public transport are most popular in your country? Why?
Is there a good road system in your country?

Follow-up
Now use a dictionary to find any words you wanted to use but didnt know!
Write them down and repeat the practice test, using the new words.
