South Nodaway PTO Scholarship Application 2017

Accepted applicants will be awarded a one-time scholarship in the amount of


$300 as determined by the South Nodaway PTO committee. Consideration for
any scholarship award is based on a 3.0 GPA, participation in extra-curricular
activities, school organizations and community service.

The deadline for this scholarship application is: April 1 each year to the
South Nodaway Parent Teacher Organization. Applications received after will
not be evaluated or considered.
Only completed applications will be considered. Do Not Leave Items Blank.
Use N/A as needed.
Attach a letter of application for this scholarship.
Attach a current copy of your high school and/or college transcripts.
Three signed letters of recommendation from teachers, community
members, or employers (all non-relative) must be attached to this application.
The applicant must show proof of enrollment in a post-secondary education
to receive the money the following fall.
