Rsum
Dsormais les banques ralisent bien limportance dopter pour des activits de marketing
pour le succs de leurs politiques et la ralisation de leurs objectifs, lampleur de cette porte pour le
marketing banquier est ne de la proccupation initiale et dominante, la prennit de la banque
, le dessein de cette recherche sinscrit dans cette mme lign , nous avons tent dexaminer
lenvergure de la pratique de ces activits de marketing dans les banques publiques et trangres
actives dans le wilaya de Tlemcen par la jauge de la satisfaction de leurs client, le rsultat rvle que
la satisfaction du client peut tre atteinte par une prsentation de services banquiers divers conforme
un mix marketing effectif en se basant sur la rapidit du service , le mettre disposition du client
un prix raisonnable, avoir une communication avec le march pour faire savoir tout nouveau produit
et service.

Abstract
At the present time banks realize the important role played by marketing activities in the success of
its policies and achievement of their goals so that it cant work accept and only through these
activities. This importance gives to the marketing of banking and marketing activities is a result of the
conflict and Competition between banks in order to continue and hence to survive.
This study deals with the fact of the marketing banking mix in public and foreign banks operating in
the town of Tlemcen and customer satisfaction with it. The study concluded the need to satisfy the
bank client's and to satisfy their needs and desires, by providing a varied banking services in a manner
depends on an effective marketing mix of a dimensions focusing on speed and performance in
providing banking services and make them available to clients in the right time and place, with a
reasonable price, and inform the various segments of the market about new products and banking
services using the deferent promotional mix elements.
