at 6:30 p.m. First graders should wear tennis shoes, jeans with no holes, and white short-sleeved t-shirts for the program. We
are looking forward to performing for you. What a great way to bring in the Christmas season!

Mystery Reader

I would like to thank Erin Butler, Coles mom, for being our Mystery Reader today. What a treat! I appreciate so much her
willingness to share her time and er love of reading with us.

Happy in Memphis

Thank you for supporting the Happy

in Memphis 5K on Saturday. If your
child purchased the new Happy in
Memphis 5K shirt, it may be worn to
school on Monday along with jeans.

Accelerated Reader

I am sending home a list of the AR

books that your child has tested on
so far this year. The last day for
testing will be December 15.

Thanksgiving Feast

Please remember that our

Thanksgiving Feast will be next
Tuesday, November 22, and that
your child will not need to bring
a lunch to school on that day.
Remember that students may
dress up as Pilgrims or Native
Americans on that day, but please
do not go to a lot of expense or
trouble in preparing a costume.

Spelling
Our next spelling test will be on
Friday, December 2, over the
spelling list that is being sent
home today. Our next memory
verse test will also be that same
day over Luke 1:49.
