Troux/RTC Ticketing: Input data into Troux, a repository of all IT applications within the USCM department, from RTC tickets submitted
from IT and Business owners of applications.
Updated weekly ATS Integration Backlog metrics into DevOps status slides that are required for the Integration Program Management Office
Updated IP addresses using nodes from various production and non-production environments in WAS - LP. Used Scoobi repository to look
through firewall groups in order to find IP addresses allocated to different environments.
Developer IT (DIT) Environment Decommissioning as assigned by senior director of DevOps: Was a priority request to contact owners of
DIT environments to determine whether a DIT environment can be decommissioned or not. Final result was 196 servers decommissioned,
resulting in savings of around $294,000.
Participated in the IT Intern Project Innovation Challenge: Worked in teams of 6 to create an application/game that tracks an employee's
security habits and rewards or penalizes them for their security practices. An example would be getting points taken away for failing to lock a
computer when stepping away from the workstation.
