Explanation Text - How Insomnia Happened

Insomnia, are the symptoms of sleep disorders in the form of recurring

difficulties to sleep or maintain sleep, although there is a chance for it. The
symptoms are typically followed by functional impairment while awake.
Insomnia is not a disease, but it is a phenomenon which has various causes,
such as emotional disorders, physical disorders and drug use.
Trouble sleeping is common, both in young and elderly, and often occur in
conjunction with emotional disorders like anxiety, restlessness, depression or
fear.
Sometimes a person have trouble sleeping simply because the body and
brain is not tired.
With increasing age, sleep tends to decrease. Stages of sleep also change, in
which stage 4 becomes shorter and eventually disappear, and at all stages
more awake. These changes, although normal, often make parents think that
they are not getting enough sleep.
Pattern in the early morning wake up more often found in old age. Some
people fall asleep normally but wake up several hours later and it is difficult
to fall asleep again.
Sometimes they sleep in a state of restless sleep and feeling unsatisfied.
Built in the early morning, at any age, is a sign of depression.
The person may experience disrupted sleep patterns are reversed sleep
rhythm, they are not asleep at bedtime and wake up at bedtime.
This often occurs as a result of:

Jet lag (especially if traveling from east to west).

Working at night.
Often changing work hours.
Excessive use of alcohol.
Side effects of drugs (sometimes).
Damage to the brain (due to encephalitis, stroke, Alzheimer's disease).
Treatment of insomnia depends on the cause and severity of insomnia.
Parents who experience sleep changes as we age, it usually does not require
treatment, because these changes are normal.
People with insomnia should remain calm and relaxed few hours before
bedtime and create a comfortable atmosphere in the bedroom; light dim and
not noisy.
If the cause is emotional stress, given drugs to reduce stress. If the cause is
depression, given anti-depressants.
If the sleep disturbance associated with normal activity and patient sufferers
feel healthy, can be given sleeping pills for a while. Another alternative to
treat insomnia without drugs are the therapeutic hypnosis or hypnotherapy.

Landslides are geological phenomena that occur due to the fall of the land which is a
natural phenomenon and usually occurs mountain area .
Landslides occur when the top layer of earth and rock separated from the main
part of a mountain or hill . This usually occurs because of high rainfall , earthquakes , or
volcanic eruptions . When the landslide happens the top layer of the earth starts to slide
freely on the slopes and take the momentum in this slide , so the launch will be faster
( up to about 30 meters / second ) . In general, the incidence of landslides caused by
two factors: the driving and triggering factors . The driving factors are the factors that
affect the condition of the material itself , while the trigger factor is a factor that causes
the movement of the material. Although the main cause of this incident is the
gravitational influence of a steep slope , but there are also other factors that also
influence such as erosion caused by the flow of surface water or rain water. Slope of
rocks and soil saturation caused weakened by heavy rains. Earthquakes cause
vibration. Pressure on the mineral particles and weak areas in the rock mass and
resulting soil erosion of the slopes of the volcano creates empty dust deposits. Heavy
rain and the flow of dust. Vibration from machinery , traffic , use of explosives , and
even lightning. Excessive weight , for example, from the gathering of rain or snow.
A large volume of soil and mud slides is that damages homes , destroy buildings and
sweeps man in seconds. For Examples of these human activities are haphazard felling
trees on the slope area, quarry rocks, soil or other minerals which cause slope
instability, pumping and draining groundwater that cause the decline of groundwater
levels, changing the flow of canal water from its natural path, leakage in water pipe that
changes structures (including the pressure in the soil) and the level of soil wetness and
rocks, changing the slope of the area (such as the construction of roads), and
excessive loading of the buildings in the hills

The Effect of Social Media

Social Media is an online media, with users able to easily participate, share
and create contents include blogs, social networks, wikis, forums and the
world. Blogs, social networking and wiki is a form of social media that is
most commonly used by people around the world.
Once we know the definition of a social media course we are familiar with
the social media, the social media often we use daily, such as Facebook
social networking site is one of the social media are booming at the moment,
I think almost Indonesians all internet users have social account at network.
With the social media we can connect with people far away, get acquainted
with new people, to share stories, and others. in this post I will discuss the
impact of social media in everyday life in both positive and negative. The
following shall I describe the impact of social media in everyday life:
POSITIVE IMPACT
1. Adding relations
Relationship is a good thing in our lives, to have a lot of relationships of
course we will be easy to ask for help when our troubles, not only that
relationships can also help us in terms of business that we have.
2. Easy to share knowledge
With the social media, share knowledge not only through books and the like
that are conventional. Now we can easily share the knowledge we have for
example, just through the blog, facebook account, etc.
3. More quickly information obtained
Nowadays almost everyone has Internet-connected gadgets, especially
gadgets are equipped with features of social media, real-time nature of
social media, making information is very easy to obtain and rapidly
developing.
4. Media campaign
Often we meilihat others promote their products disosial media, in my
opinion with their social media like facebook social jejarin is an easy target
for us to promote the products that we have given the number of social
media users are many and varied.
5. Become a famous person
My blog readers may already be familiar with the name of Norman Kamaru,
Shinta & Jojo, firmware, and others. with social media we can become world
renowned artist online that we are creative, creative videos we just uploaded
on youtube.
NEGATIVE IMPACT
1. Predator easy sex act
If we look at the news, of course we know that many victims of sexual
predators who use social media as ammunition to do such depraved. The
sexual predator is usually bengincar children under the age of innocence to

be prey, the best thing parents do is to supervise their children in their

activities on the internet.
2. There was a lot of scams
With the social media is, of course an easy target for impostors virtual world,
not a few people cheated by the fraud, for example, only the fraud currently
emerging is an online shop counterfeit, usually online shop fake to lure their
victims by goods whose prices are highly skewed and does not make sense,
if you find an online shop with sloping price, you should be suspicious by the
online shop.
3. Reduced productivity
Social media is great fun, especially now that many social media sites that
have interesting and addictive features, such as facebook a lot of interesting
games on facebook, because it is our preoccupation play to forget the time.

Why Indonesia Education still compare with other

One reason is the poor education system, with poor educational system
gave birth to the younger generation that is worse, with the younger
generation that spawned poor poor human resources anyway (not to
compete). Hence, do not be surprised if we always lose when compared to
other countries.
We compare Indonesia with Japan, in 1945 Indonesia has been independent
and Japan in 1945 is still reeling after the allied forces destroyed, then we
see the difference now? Very far, so what do our nation during this time,
whether we are asleep during this time?
Okay we do not need to compare with Japan, we only compare with our
neighbors Malaysia which in 70-80s Indonesia is still well ahead of malaysia
if compared to its education sector, it is proved by the number of Malaysian
students studying to Indonesia, now? ?? Look education malaysia, look at the
economy of Malaysia, have left us with a very very much.
Even if Indonesia as it continues it could have in the next 30 years,
Indonesia will lose by a former province of East Timor. Yes it is not impossible
Timor Leste is now just a poor country trying to rise to more superior than
Indonesia in the future.
Indonesia is okay today ahead of Timor Leste, but in the future if we are still
ahead? the answer is not necessarily, we try flashback to the rear, in 1945
Indonesia revelers, already unhappy gained independence, had also
prepared its state system and we compare it with Japan in the same year,
how? In 1945 Japan was much poorer than Indonesia, Japan must bear all the
losses of the war, the Japanese had to reorganize his country ravaged Allied
soldiers, but now they become the best country in Asia, while Indonesia. ???
your own responsibility.
What is wrong with the Indonesian education?
Indonesia has the worst education system in the world, there will never be a
country that will mimic the education system such as Indonesia, why bad?
Here are the facts of education in Indonesia to date.
1. Indonesia implement UAS examination system, UN, where the system
directs students learn only to pass, so for 3 school years either in junior or
senior high school students learning Indonesian just to meet the target pass,
instead of learning to develop their potential like other countries. So do not
be surprised if many high school and even college graduates in Indonesia
can not do anything alias does not have the skill.
2. In elementary school since kindergarten students even small pupil in
Indonesia is already burdened with duties and PR, while in countries with the
best education as finland his example they never assign a task or pr for the
first 6 years of education students, which means that during elementary
school no duties and pr for elementary school students in Finland. "The
children are not measured at all for the first six years of Reviews their
education" means that the children were not measured during the first six
years of their education. While Indonesia? Kids feared by teachers and
principals to stay on task, to learn because there is a national exam, and
often even threatened not pass, it was the fact the face of our education.

3. In the Finnish system does not recognize schools that discriminate strata
distinguished schools with one another, in Indonesia are numerous, ranging
from HACH, SMART SMA, SMA RSBI, SMA RSI, etc. Fortunately some time ago
RSBI / RSI has been revoked by the ministry of education. Such a system is
creating a new caste in Indonesian education world, is there any benefit to
the school applied to the school system like this? TIDAKKK ...
4. Teachers and faculty developed countries never blame and be angry at
each job or task of each of his students IF THEY WRONG, because it can
make students shy and not confident in the future, they are only required to
learn on their own and compare with the results and then, if there is an
increase or decrease. In contrast to Indonesia either in junior or senior high
school, the teacher never IBA students yell and berate her with dirty words
like (basic foolish, aja you can not see your friend thu). And with scorn to the
students not making diligent students can even make students shy, do not
have confidence, and creativity itself can not because it is always
suppressed and humiliated during his study.
Hence, do not be surprised if there is no student who would talk to his
teacher when given the chance when asked to ask. Look at the face of
education we have every teacher completed a lesson and asked if anyone
asks, then surely the students will live and if there is then only a single one.
Why did it happen? This is due to the teachers teaching system that no one
had been, because the one often dimarah and dtertawakan by teachers and
other friends so as to make the students do not have the confidence to ask
questions or come forward. (PORTRAIT OF REAL WORLD EDUCATION WE).
5. In the Finnish state with the world's best education system was never
introduced a system of ranking students. Why there is no ranking in Finland?
The reason they say for a ranking system only makes teachers focus only on
students who are smart students, while students are less intelligent are
often overlooked. This proved not in Indonesia? We see teachers in teaching
their teachers will only focus on the students in the class champions of
students, teachers and even worse teachers often discriminate distinguish
good student and foolish, it is proved by their excellent class system and not
featured. (It is very sad the education system in our country)
Hopefully, our education system is left can be addressed by all responsible
elements such as governments, teachers, and relevant ministries in order
berkonsilidasi create a new education system, the goal that this nation has
the human resources that are reliable and able to compete. Never expect
Indonesia developed during the learning system in our country is still like
this

Social change means a change that occurs due to a mismatch between the
elements that differ from each other that exist in social life so as to produce
a pattern of life that is not matching function for the communities
concerned. While the definition of cultural change is the change that occurs
due to a mismatch between the cultural elements that differ from each other
in order to reach a state of mismatched function for life. Westernization is a
large flow that has the range of political, social, cultural, and technological.
The aim of this flow coloring everyday life of the nations in the Western
style. In many ways, the Westernized personality displacing an independent
nation and has unique characteristics. The nation then made a doll that
totally imitate Western civilization.
Westernization in Indonesia we think is an issue that needs to be examined
together because it causes changes to Indonesia's multicultural society is
increasingly forgotten the noble values, culture, norms, customs which
frankly is a legacy of the Indonesian nation original personality comes from
our ancestors in the past. And if the nation's heritage preserved personality
verily will provide a better value for the life of the nation Indonesia
compared with other countries, because every nation has a national identity
that is different. Nowadays so many generations of the Indonesian nation to
be "westernized", is now a national identity only looked at a small number of
people. Our generation is too proud to customs and Western people, while
with their own customs shame if the custom show in public. This is
exacerbated by the lack of government attention as well as the spread of
Western culture through media-both print and electronic media which
includes Western cultures.
For example Changes and How to Dress Clothing
Indonesia's own citizens are abused many industrial products, such as top
thank the overseas use in the summer, but in Indonesia it is used to pose in
front of the public. This happens because the Indonesian people talkative to
change. They consider the production of clothing in accordance with the
Western countries of Eastern culture embraced by our nation Indonesia. In
antiquity massyarakat Indonesia especially women in dressed very
bagus.Dari began to wear kebaya and batik jarit or wear and wear rok.akan
look very elegant. But with the advancement of age and Westernized
lifestyle dressed like that is considered old-fashioned. In fact at this time the
use of tank tops and hot pants are very rampant. Of all people, especially
among women abg or veiled though.
Hot pants are women's fashion in the form of a mini or short pants and jeans
or fabric made from the Americas were commonly used in the summer.
While Tanktop are manufactured sleeveless garment worn by women. Tank
tops famous as casual clothing for hot weather. Its name comes from the
English word 'swimming tank' which is an old expression that now means the
pool.
In the 19th and early 20th centuries, shorts used by a boy until he reaches a
certain age. But today, all use a short one for all sexes, whether it's a guy or
girl. For Hot Pants itself became famous at the beginning of the 70s.
Prostitution among Europe, Hotpants is used instead of the miniskirt, thigh
which is more visible, more sexy and more attractive than if use miniskirt. In
Indonesia This mode is now being trendy at all, but most of the girls who
wear this, the conditions for this private, the girl must have a good and
smooth thigh he hehe, yes too subjective. According to my observations in
the visible (because without research first), hotpants introduced by the
dancer who has appeared on tv, then a lot of artists who began using
hotpants to show her show, filming, roads, etc, then the trend for women in
Indonesia. Besides impressed want to show smooth thighs that, yes, of
course the reason for the temperature in Indonesia hot lately, there are also

those who simply use hot pantsdan tank top is because they feel
comfortable and enjoy using it without the specific intent
The peggunaan popularized mainly by the artist. Responding to the public
figures in the country Indonesia is really - really depressing and alarming,
sometimes makes mouth open and also sometimes makes sad and sad to
see them, duh Indonesiaku .Apalagi just like a fairy tale about the artists and
actors at that time we were being widely reported - many underestimate the
problems of religion.
Now it appears a new phenomenon that is open is the veil .Jilbab length
jumpsuit covering the entire body except the hands, feet and face are
commonly worn by Muslim women. That was all I see is there are two artists
who also ruled the unveiling of previously shut tightly over her body, arrived
- arrived impressions replaced with scenes of the artist who has opened a
scarf casually dressed in a tank top, and an open chest then what was the
reason he? Well that did not fragmented ,,, and I feel more bebaslalu.tetapi
not only the artist as well as the usual other woman.
The meramat of public figures to the public .The jarit was wearing a skirt and
then later use the pants and then use the mini skirts and hot pants now and
is equipped with a tank top that's using the current trends. The garments are
widely used by dancers in discotic well. Using the clothing is perceived to be
more attractive and more attention to Yemen used. If wearing these clothes
earlier times would violate the norms in force but now becomes mediocre.
Besides the problem of norms behave in public life, we know that the
Javanese famous "upload-ungguhnya" when meeting with others, but in this
era of modernization more and more people rarely do so many of them are
just ignored me and always showed that as -olah people that live alone
(individualistic), and we know the attitude and individualist style is the style
of Western people, and not in accordance with the Eastern culture of our
country.
That's necessary mutual awareness of both government and society, as well
as planting, appreciation, and practice more about the knowledge of the
personality or identity of our nation so that later our original culture will not
disappear crushed by the development of the wheel age diboncengi
intrusion of foreign cultures into the country we. Society must be able to
take the good things from a foreign culture and remove the bad things from
foreign cultures that do not fit with the personality and identity of our nation.

MEA
Asean Economic Community (AEC) / AEC (Asean Economic Community) in
2015 is a project that has long been prepared all members of ASEAN which
aims to improve the economic stability in the ASEAN region and form the
economic area among ASEAN countries is strong. With the enactment of MEA
at the end of 2015, ASEAN member countries will experience a free flow of
goods, services, investment, and educated workforce to and from each
country. In this case, that needs to be done by Indonesia is how Indonesia as
part of the ASEAN community trying to prepare oneself and take advantage
of opportunities MEA 2015, and should increase the capability to be able to
compete with ASEAN countries more so the fear of losing competitiveness in
their own country due to terimplementasinya AEC 2015 did not happen.
The government has issued Presidential Instruction (Instruction) No. 11 of
2011 on the implementation of the AEC Blueprint commitments in an effort
to prepare for the ASEAN free market. In the AEC Blueprint, there are 12
priority sectors that will be integrated by the government. The sector
consists of seven sectors namely agro industrial goods, automotive,
electronics, fisheries, rubber-based industry, wood-based industries, and
textiles. Then the rest come from the five service sectors, namely air
transport, health, tourism, logistics, and information technology. These
sectors in the era of MEA will be implemented in the form of exemption flow
of goods, services, investment, and labor.
So far, the steps taken by Indonesia by the government's strategic plan to
face the MEA / AEC, among others:
1. Strengthening Economic Competitiveness
On May 27, 2011, the Government launched a Master Plan for the
Acceleration and Expansion of Indonesian Economic Development (MP3EI).
MP3EI is the embodiment of national economic transformation with
orientation based on strong economic growth, an inclusive, quality, and
sustainability. Since MP3EI launched until the end of December 2011 was
held Groundbreaking many as 94 investment projects of the real sector and
infrastructure development.
2. Program ACI (Aku Cinta Indonesia)
ACI (Aku Cinta Indonesia) is one of the movement 'Nation Branding' part of
the development of creative economy, including in the Presidential Decree 6
of 2009 which contains the Creative Economy Program for State and Local
Government Ministry 27. This movement is still continuing now in the form of
a national campaign which continues to run in a variety of domestic products
such as clothing, accessories, entertainment, tourism and others. (In the
Ministry of Trade RI: 2009: 17).
3. Strengthening the SME Sector
In order to promote the growth of SMEs in Indonesia, the Chamber held
organized several programs, among others are 'Fair Cooperative and SME
Festival' on June 5, 2013 and then followed by 463 KUKM. The event aims to
introduce the products of SMEs in Indonesia and also as a stimulant for
people to be more creative in developing small and medium-sized
enterprises.
In addition, Indonesia's preparation of sector Cooperatives and Small and
Medium Enterprises (KUKM) to face the AEC 2015 is the establishment of the
National Preparatory Committee of MEA in 2015, which serves to formulate a
precaution and to disseminate to the public and KUKM regarding the
implementation of MEAs at the end of 2015.
The anticipatory measures that have been developed allow the ministry to
assist offenders KUKM welcome the era of ASEAN free market, among
others, to increase insight into offender KUKM against the MEA, improving

the efficiency of production and business management, increased absorption

of the product market KUKM, the creation of business climate conducive.
However, one of the main obstacles to the sector factor Cooperatives and
SMEs to compete in the free market is the quality of human resources (HR)
KUKM perpetrators are generally still low. Therefore, the Ministry of
Cooperatives and SMEs guidance and empowerment KUKM aimed at
improving the quality and standard of products, in order to improve the
performance KUKM to produce products that are highly competitive.
The Ministry of Industry is also conducting a coaching and empowerment of
small and medium industries (SMI) which is part of the SME sector.
Strengthening SMEs play an important role in poverty alleviation efforts
through the expansion of job opportunities and produce goods or services to
be exported. In addition, coordination and consolidation among agencies and
ministries also be improved so that the inhibiting factors can be eliminated.
4. Improve Infrastructure
In order to support the increased competitiveness of the real sector, during
the year 2010 has been successfully achieved an increase in the capacity
and quality of infrastructure such as roads, railways, road transport, sea
transport, air transport, communications and informatics, as well as
electricity:
Repair Access Roads and Transport
Improvements and Development of ICT Line
Renovation and Development of Electric Energy Sector.
5. Improving the Quality of Human Resources (HR)
One way to improve the quality of human resources is through education. In
addition, in order to provide quality education services, the government has
built educational facilities are adequate, including the rehabilitation of
damaged classrooms. Kemdikbud data in 2011 showed that there are around
173 344 classrooms in elementary and junior high school severely damaged
condition. (Bappenas RI in Book I, 2011: 36).
6. Reforms and Governance
In order to encourage the Acceleration of Prevention and Combating
Corruption, has been designated a national strategy of prevention and
eradication of corruption long-term 2012-2025 and 2012-2014 medium as a
reference point for all stakeholders for the implementation of the action
every year. Enforcement efforts against Corruption (TPK) improved through
coordination and supervision conducted by the Commission to the Attorney
and the Police.
Meanwhile, the majority opinion stated that Indonesia would MEA Not Ready
to 2015. One of them, the Executive Director of Core Indonesia (Hendri
Saparini) assess the preparations by the Indonesian government in the face
of the Asean Economic Community (AEC) in 2015 is still not optimal. The
new government dissemination of "What It MEA" is not on the socialization of
what to do to win the MEA. Socialization "What the MEA" government has
done was apparently still not 100% because of the new socialization
implemented in 205 districts of the total 410 districts, spread across the
whole of Indonesia.
Hendri explain the magnitude of government's commitment to deal MEA
turned out contrary to the readiness of the business world. According to the
results of in-depth interviews with employers turns Core businesses even
many who do not understand the agreement MEA. He said one of the
strategies prepared by the government ahead of the MEA is Indonesia must
develop strategies of industry, trade and investment in an integrated way
because with the implementation of MEAs burden the trade deficit will be

even greater then than it makes industrial strategy should be a government

priority.
Strategy and preparation had been done by the existing stakeholders in
Indonesia in order to face liberalization systems applied by ASEAN,
especially within the framework of economic integration is felt still less than
optimal. But it is indeed grounded in domestic issues that require more
intensive treatment. Discipline required from the government, particularly
with regard to preparations for the realization of the discourse of the AEC by
2015, with increased oversight of the development of the implementation of
the system contained in the AEC Blueprint.
