How to refine the existing payroll system?
The company is having a hard time in their manual payroll system
because they have a lot of employees so they have to manually check
each and daily time record of the employees, monitoring of previous
loans, cash advances and charges and preparing essential report .
1.2.2 Specific problems

Ineffective Time Records

The current payroll system cant distinguish accurate time data or time of the
employees come and leave the company every day. Because of the
inaccurate payroll system the Hr are having a problem in giving out the

salaries of each employee .

Creating a payslip consumes a lot of time
Creating a manual payroll system consumes a lot of time especially when
creating a payslip it consumes hours or even days depending on the number

of the employees.
The current payroll system is tedious
Because the current payroll system is too slow, too long and too dull the
salaries will be behindhand or late.

1.3 Statement of Objectives

1.3.1 General Objectives

To enhance and develop their existing payroll system.
Our main objective is to provide them an automated payroll system because they
suffered and took a lot of time to calculate the salary of their workers, so that in the
help of our automated payroll system we can make their jobs more convenient and
easy to manage the daily and monthly salary.

1.3.2 Specific Objectives

To improve the time efficiency.

To provide the right salaries of an employee.
To eliminate the slow and manual system.
