argumentative essays on specific topics
Instructions: In your respective groups, write an argumentative essay about ONE of the
two topics below.

Topic 1:
Do you agree or not that the government responsible for providing each citizen with
housing? Use specific reasons and details to support your answer.
Topic 2:
Are you FOR or AGAINST cutting trees and displacing people to build dams or other
infrastructures? Use specific reasons and details to support your answer.
Many specialists think that good road networks are the key to the development of a
country. Do you share or oppose this point of view. Use specific reasons and details to
support your answer.
