Peer-review of papers for AP-S/URSI 2016

I hereby confirm that the papers submitted for AP-S/URSI 2016 (IEEE Antennas and
Propagation Society International Symposium), held in Fajardo, Puerto Rico, June 26 to
July 01, 2016, were subject to international peer review.
For the AP-S part of the conference, full papers were initially submitted and subjected to
review. The full list with the names of the reviewers is available in the digital conference
proceedings. The accepted final papers were published in the digital conference
proceedings and are available in the IEEE Xplore digital library.
In particular, each full paper has been reviewed by at least 2 independent international
reviewers. Criteria that the reviewers were asked to consider when conducting their
reviews included the degree of novelty and usefulness of the paper and clarity of
presentation.
